Tell us which tool, which sheet, and what’s happening. Screenshots help. We usually fix or clarify within a day or two — and if it’s a real bug, everyone gets the update.
You want a refund
Within 14 days of purchase, just say so. No interrogation, no follow-up questions. We’d rather you feel good about the transaction than hold a grudge about a spreadsheet.
Partnership, press, or collaboration
We’re selective and slow about these. We read everything, but if you don’t hear back within a week, it’s probably not a fit right now — no hard feelings.
